  • I founded NPK Health to help you uncover the root causes behind your symptoms and reconnect with how you’re meant to feel: clear, energized, and aligned in your body.

    With over a decade in medicine, a Master’s in Nursing, certification as a Functional Health Coach, and my own personal healing journey, I recognized the gaps in traditional care and created NPK to offer a more personalized, whole-person approach.

    NPK is deeply personal to me. It reflects my belief that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support, education, and environment. My mission is to walk alongside you, combining clinical expertise with compassion, real-life experience, and a modern, root-cause approach to help you build lasting health, not just temporary fixes.

  • As a licensed Registered Nurse, I have always been passionate about helping people heal through a holistic, personalized, and root-cause focused approach. I believe that symptoms are the body’s way of communicating that something is out of balance and should never be dismissed or ignored.

    Throughout my career, I have witnessed far too many individuals feel unheard, overlooked, or told that their concerns were "normal" when they knew something wasn't right. Having experienced dismissal from healthcare providers myself, I understand how frustrating and isolating that can be.

    I strongly believe that each client is the expert on their own body. Listening to their experiences, concerns, and intuition is one of the most important aspects of quality care. True healing begins when clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where individuals feel empowered, validated, and actively involved in their health journey while feeling supported every step of the way. I believe that with the right tools, education, and support, you can heal too!

    Nutrition is more than calories to me; it’s about energy, balance, and living fully. With over a decade in the health and fitness world, I’ve seen how intentional nutrition transforms lives.

    At NPK, my goal is to make food simple, approachable, and sustainable. Whether you’re balancing hormones, healing your gut, or juggling a busy life, I’ll help you find confidence and ease with food.

    As a mom of three, I understand real-life challenges and want this space to feel like a safe, supportive guide, helping you rediscover the power of simple, nourishing choices.
